On September 25, the Kadampa Meditation Center of Barcelona and the Can Cet Foundation brought Buddhist teachings and the ancient method of meditation to all interested people in the Vallés Oriental region, in Barcelona.
Through a public conference guided by Gen Kelsang Lochani, main teacher of the New Kadampa Tradition in the province of Barcelona, more than 70 people gathered at the Roca Umbert library in Granollers. Under the title “3 attitudes for a positive reset”, three attitudes were discussed to maintain mental peace during daily activities, and thus enjoy greater stability and well-being: accept, let go and love.
Participants from different towns, such as Granollers, Santa Maria de Palautordera or Sant Celoni, enjoyed a relaxed afternoon in which they were able to reflect and contemplate the importance of inner peace and constructive points of view, while at the same time experiencing it themselves the peaceful sensations that arise thanks to meditation.
The Can Cet Foundation collaborates with the Kadampa Meditation Center of Barcelona as part of its project to promote personal growth, knowing the enormous benefits of the practice of Kadampa meditation.
